The newly developed McDonald’s, Magherafelt £1 million drive-thru, is designed with modern aesthetics and high functionality. To bring this vision to life, Kytun was tasked with manufacturing and supplying specialist architectural aluminium elements that seamlessly integrated with the building’s design by the main contractor Marcon Fit-Out.

The project required precision engineering to meet architectural demands, achieving a seamless finish with no visible fixings. Additionally, all elements needed to match a bespoke RAL colour scheme, making custom colour requirements a critical factor.

Custom manufacturing played a crucial role, as we designed and fabricated a full system that included flat seam fascia, bespoke ventilation systems, custom capping details, and flat seam soffits. Every component was engineered to avoid visible fixings, maintaining the sleek, high-end look of the building. Additionally, all materials were powder-coated to match the exact Pacific Royal colour, ensuring uniformity across the project

Despite the complexity, we successfully manufactured and installed everything within a remarkably short timeframe, ultimately exceeding expectations.
