This recently completed self-build project in Sligo is a true testament to modern design done right. From its clean lines to its seamless exterior finish, every element was carefully considered to deliver a sleek, contemporary home that reflects the homeowner’s vision for style and functionality.

As both manufacturer and installer, our team played a key role in bringing this vision to life by supplying and fitting a comprehensive package of Kytun AluSwift and Roofing Accessories. Each component was meticulously selected and custom-colour-matched to meet the unique aesthetic and performance requirements of the build.

This project showcases how the right combination of expertise, high-quality materials, and design foresight can result in a standout finish that’s both visually striking and built to last.

One of the client’s top priorities was colour consistency across all exterior metal elements. With a variety of products involved each with unique profiles, shapes, and textures, maintaining a uniform RAL colour and finish was a challenge that required more than just supplying quality products, it demanded a high level of coordination, consistency, and attention to detail as outlined by our Head Quantity Surveyor, Steve McElwaine. “This project demanded a full-service approach, from bespoke aluminium manufacturing – including a unique RAL finish – to precise, on-time installation. Meeting the client’s tailored requirements at every stage was key, and the result is a truly striking build.”
