This distinctive modern property showcases a contemporary design, with dormer windows, window surrounds, and a stylish porch area serving as key architectural highlights.These elements were carefully chosen by the client and architect to elevate the overall aesthetic and modern appeal of the build. The primary challenge was striking a balance between maintaining a minimalist design and ensuring that all installed features complemented the structure seamlessly.

Given the central placement of the dormer windows and surrounds, precise installation of the standing seam product was crucial. The uniqueness of the project required meticulous attention to various angles during the installation process, ensuring a flawless finish.
